Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor and acceptance of rules
Honey Pop Society Giveaway No. 01 (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Honey Pop Society (“Sponsor”). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to hello@honeypopsociety.com.
By entering, an entrant agrees to these Official Giveaway Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions concerning administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
2. No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state or district of residence at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors and representatives of Honey Pop Society, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter.
4. Giveaway period
The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
5. How to enter
To submit one eligible entry during the Giveaway Period, an entrant must complete all of the following:
- Follow Honey Pop Society on Instagram or TikTok;
- Like the official Giveaway No. 01 post on the platform used to enter;
- Tag 2 friends in the comments on that giveaway post; and
- Complete the giveaway entry form at HoneyPopSociety.com using a valid email address and the requested social-platform information, including the entrant’s applicable Instagram or TikTok username, and expressly agree to join the Honey Pop Society email list and receive giveaway alerts, cute drops and occasional promotional emails.
Entrants may unsubscribe from future promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Honey Pop Society emails.
Limit: one entry per person. There are no bonus entries for following both platforms, sharing the post, making additional comments or taking other actions.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
6. Prizes
There are 3 prizes available. Each prize consists of 10 mystery squishies selected by Honey Pop Society. The approximate retail value of each prize is $100 CAD, for a total approximate retail value of $300 CAD.
Prize contents, colours, characters and styles may vary from promotional images. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value. If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate value where permitted by law.
7. Shipping, taxes and costs
Honey Pop Society will pay standard shipping for each prize to an eligible winner in Canada or the United States. Any taxes, duties or other charges imposed on a winner by applicable law remain the winner’s responsibility where applicable.
8. Random draw and odds
On November 30, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period and select 3 potential winners.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner verification and 48-hour response period
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address provided with the giveaway entry. A selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of the Sponsor’s notification and must satisfy the eligibility and entry-verification requirements before being confirmed as a winner.
The Sponsor may verify that the selected entrant completed the required social actions using the social username provided in the entry form. If a selected entrant cannot be verified, does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, declines the prize or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the entrant may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw.
10. Canadian skill-testing question
Before being confirmed as a winner, a selected entrant who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance, the following mathematical skill-testing question:
(8 × 7) − 12 + 3 = ?
If the selected entrant answers incorrectly, the entrant will not be confirmed as a winner and the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner.
11. Personal information and email consent
Information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility and entry requirements, contact potential winners, deliver prizes and maintain records reasonably connected with the Giveaway.
As part of the required entry process, entrants must expressly agree to join the Honey Pop Society email list and receive giveaway alerts, cute drops and occasional promotional emails from Honey Pop Society. Entrants may unsubscribe from future promotional emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in Honey Pop Society emails.
12. General conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses automated means, submits false information, interferes with the Giveaway, attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, or otherwise violates these Rules.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law and will attempt to administer any remaining prize process fairly.
13. Social-platform disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or TikTok. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and TikTok are not responsible for the Giveaway or the prizes.
14. Winner information
After winners are confirmed, information about the results may be requested by emailing hello@honeypopsociety.com. Any disclosure will be subject to applicable privacy law.
